FAQs

  • Can I order a commissioned sketch?

Yes. I invite you to speak to me about the specific artwork you would like. Please complete the form on the contact page to request a commissioned sketch.

  • What is a Certificate of Authenticity?

Every print sold will have with it a companion Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist. This guarantees the authenticity and professional quality of the print you will receive.

In the case where an artwork is part of a series or limited number of prints, each print is numbered and signed on both the sketch and the
    Certificate of Authenticity.

  • Is the professional print as good as the original sketch?

I am extremely particular about the quality of each print. My sketches are scanned in professional high resolution raw format. From there, each is color matched to the original and printed on art paper.

  • How long will it take to get my order?

Please note that your print will be made at the time of order and it takes about a 7 working days to print and sign it by hand.

It will take between 15 and 30 days (total) for you to receive your artwork after purchase depending on how remote your delivery address is.

  • Can I return a print?

Each print is professionally printed, signed by the artist and shipped with its signed companion certificate of authenticity which makes it nearly irreplicable.

Marti Hummel in its sole discretion shall determine whether to accept any cancellations, reductions of quantities or returns and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of no less than 25% of the Purchase Price and to recover any damages it may suffer. No returns on custom-made goods will be accepted.

    RETURN, AND REPLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS:
We require that immediate photographic proof of the damage must be sent to us the moment the artwork arrives. If this is not done, and the artwork is not checked at the time of delivery, and we receive a return request at a later date, no refund or return will be accepted.

If a return and replacement is granted due to it arriving damaged, then we will arrange for a courier to collect the damaged artwork and its accompanying certificate of authenticity. We will only issue a replacement print once that exact print is received by us and it has been authenticated and then destroyed.

This protects the investment of the other artists and our integrity as the seller.
